Business Coach
Location: East Coast of Australia (for time zone ease – yet not essential)
Working Hours:

PROTRADE United is seeking an inspiring person to become a Business Coach on our team.

The role will be to coach/mentor/facilitate/teach our group coaching programs and assist clients in implementing the key components and content into their businesses. A background in the trade/construction industry is ideal, particularly the ability to relate and communicate to groups and individuals.

Position Summary:

The person in the role will be required to:
· Assess clients’ current business strategies and goals.
· Develop tailored action plans to help clients achieve their objectives.
· Offer guidance on the management of business growth, financial understanding, marketing, and operational efficiency.
· Provide support, accountability, and motivation to clients to help them overcome challenges and achieve their business aspirations.

Any ‘look and listen to me’ coaches and trainers need not apply. They must be a fit for our Core Values and understand that the results of our clients are the #1 priority.

The position will start off on a casual contract basis, with the opportunity for a more regular role available after a qualification period. Extensive training on the content/materials to be delivered will be provided, and they must be willing to invest a minimum of 1-day per month of their own time to learn the program flow/content.

A position is available for our company now. Ideally, they will be located on the eastern coast of Australia, based on the time zone, yet not essential.

Ideal Requirements
· Extensive experience in the trade and construction industry, with a strong understanding of its unique challenges and opportunities.
· Proven track record of success in a leadership or business management role within the industry.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to inspire and motivate others.
· Previous coaching or mentoring experience is a plus, but not required.
· A commitment to continuous learning and your own personal development.

Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and highly rewarding career in marketing.

· Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with our Trades and Construction target audience

· Drive the social media presence of the organisation, including content creation, community engagement, and campaign execution

· SEO and SEM: Optimise website content for search engines and manage paid advertising campaigns to increase lead generation

· Create optimised landing pages and utilise A/B testing to ensure we are maximising our results

· Develop email marketing campaigns with effective copy and quality CTA’s

· Implement any changes and updates required to our WordPress website

· Create a lead nurturing flow via our CRM platform

· Utilise analytics tools to measure and analyse digital marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Are you the right fit?

· Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably 3 years+

· Marketing Qualifications in Digital Marketing, or a related field

· Business to business marketing experience specifically with SME’s

· Can-do attitude and passion for Digital Marketing

· Excellent understanding of Digital Marketing platforms (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Social Media Advertising, SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, CRM & Automation)

· Basic HTML Coding experience

· Experience working with WordPress and a strong ability to optimise high performing landing pages

· Ontraport CRM experience is a massive plus!

PROTRADE United is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager/Sales Professional. This person will be responsible for engaging with leads and prospects and ensuring a high level of conversion. Trade business knowledge is not essential but will be valuable to the role.

PROTRADE United is seeking a talented Business Development Manager/Sales Professional who is excited about helping increase the success of trade-based business in Australia. You have to be great at what you do – really great; and committed to making a difference.

The position requires a big-picture thinker; someone who can prove they are capable of generating quality new business and selling in a B2B market place.

You will be required to build your own relationships with strategic partners and opportunities, as well as nurture existing clients. This is not for a shy, sit in the office and hope the phone rings type. You will love a challenge, being out and about in the business community and thrive in a dynamic, innovative environment.

Examples of what is required in the role include:

· Holding strategy sessions with business owners and making solution recommendations
