The Four Quadrants of Time Management
Many people spend their days in a frenzy of activity, but achieve very little because they are not concentrating on the right tasks. You can be extremely busy, but achieve very little. Efficiency is necessary so that tasks are completed within time frames however, ensure that the tasks you are completing are relevant and are actually achieving or working towards your objectives. Focus on the purpose of your activities.
Efficiency = doing things right
Effectiveness = doing the right thing
